About Me
Once upon a time, a mother looked at her baby girl and said, "This child is either going to grow up to be a missionary, or a criminal!" As it turns out, she became a missionary and one day married a criminal who turned out to be a way better missionary that she ever was. (And she is pretty sure that she would have made a better ciminal than he ever was!)
They were married in 2006, have welcomed two beautiful children into their lives, and they all live and minister together in the Kensington neighborhood of inner-city Philadelphia. They minister by living everyday life among their neighbors, sharing their food and home, helping kids with homework, fixing broken things in their neighbors homes, discipling men caught in addiction, and supporting women through pregnancy, childbirth and parenting.
